Pour the necessary quantity of bleaching powder in a glass or plastic bowl. Mix with the oxidizing cream strictly using a 1:2 mixing ratio (e.g. 25g DECO9 + 50ml 10/20/30 vol. oxidizing cream). Process for maximum 60 minutes (when using low volume oxidizing cream). Please note that the 40 vol. developer should only be used for freehand techniques.
PROCESSING TIME:
The processing time can vary up to a maximum of 60 minutes. This is influenced by various factors: the natural or cosmetically colored base tone of the hair, the degree of the target lightening result, the condition of the hair, the type of technique used, the temperature of the working environment, the volumes and
quantity of the developer used.
